Louise has extensive education experience having started her educational publishing carer as a graduate secretary at Heinemann in London and eventually moving on to being CEO of their education business in Australia and New Zealand.
After leaving Heinemann she had her own edtech start up BITE, which was sold to Encyclopaedia Britannica. During the first dot-com boom she was Vice President of Encyclopaedia Britannica’s online education business before moving to the UK where she held senior management positions at Oxford University Press, Rodale, Lonely Planet and the National Gallery Company.
Since 2012 she has been a Senior Producer at award winning London tech media company Touch Press. Two of the iPad projects she has led have been:
- Warhorse – 2013 Bologna Ragazzi Book Fair Digital Prize for Non-fiction)
- Disney Animated.
