Mary Jo Madda’s story in edsurge is an absolute must-read for anyone involved in US edtech. These regulations seem to be a perfect example of the law of unintended consequences. The result is not just anti-educational, but seems to run counter to the whole pro-enterprise culture that’s the basis of the US tech industry.
